Ruby recently visited the opening of the Dekdee Nursery in Thailand, a charitable nursery school providing education, daycare and food to children of poor families.  The children in the photographs are beginning to learn English with the help of the book donated by Bugbites Books,  Lulu is a Ladybird.

Ruby visits Brookham School for their Literary Week

Ruby presents The Fountain Centre, which supports people living with cancer, and based in the St Luke's Centre at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, with a signed copy of Lulu is a Ladybird for their library.

Ruby meets this lovely coral snake in the Pantanals in Brasil

On a lovely sunny day, pupils of Milbrook School of Dance, based in Milford in Surrey, performed a ballet of Lulu is a Ladybird at their Ballet School Show.  A very large dragonfly joined them whilst they danced in the beautiful surroundings of an English Country Garden. The children's performance raised more than £800 and was donated to The Fountain Centre, based in the St Luke's Cancer Centre at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and Breast Cancer Care.
